Marcello here; mid-twenties author, writer, graphic designer, blogger. JAPANCINEMA.NET is a project I started in early 2009, and since has evolved into a professional open collaborative film site. I use this platform to create and develop art and media here on the site. This site/blog is not about immediate news, but focuses on film reviews that are from Asian origins or domestic films that are influenced by Asian culture.

JAPANCINEMA.NET also regularly collaborates with many of the world’s top film companies and publishers. Past collaborations include Jade Screen Magazine, Total Film Magazine, Third Window Films, & more.

If reviews aren’t enough for you and you crave J-Culture news, you can check out my column featured at Japanator.com. So rather than just exhibiting and writing film reviews individually, we gather here to collectively work on projects together.
