All human beings should watch this documentary and learn from it.

There are couple of scenes in this film that you'll never forget for the rest of your life. Dolphins are intelligent mammals who communicate and interact with people.

Some of the stereo-type excuses I hear from Taiji have been "this is our way of life," "This is our culture," etc. This is not a strong argument. Civilized people "right" the wrongs as they learn. I consider Japan is a civilized society. I am sure that they will stop this unsavory slaughtering with strong public uproars.

We should be compassionate about what we do to other mammals.

I find the first part very creative. It still manages to instill the scares via a cellular phone.

When I saw this one at Toronto After Dark I was hoping for more scares since the directors of Shutter were involved but it's not the least bit scary. It was quite humourous at times and the guys camping in the woods was pretty funny.

This wasn't a bad film but it wasn't what I was expecting and that disappointed me a little. I'm interested to hear how the second one turns out and I really need to find another good Asian DVD place so I can get caught up on all these flicks!

Well, he certainly doesn't do much in Brooklyn's Finest and it even took me a bit to realize that it was him. This one sounds like a good afternoon popcorn muncher. Stuff blows up, shooting, running, jumping! I can get into that!

I saw this during the Oscars too, and I immediately looked it up and got some information on it. I wanted to watch it, but after I saw the preview and the blood in the water, well I'm still thinking about it, but I think I'll end up watching it eventually.

Yeah, it is fairly graphic in some scenes. I know a few girls who are big humanitarians who would never sit through this film, so I know where you are coming from.

Sounds interesting but my girlfriend would have a fit watching dolphins be slaughtered. It's too bad that the question of why they do it is never addressed because that seems like it would be a major part of the problem.
